Before Your First Call

You must have a Touch-Tone Phone Line in order to access F.I.R.S.T. Banker.

Have your Account Number and your Social Security Number ready. (When using F.I.R.S.T. Banker for the first time you are required to change your PIN Number for security reasons.)

Calling F.I.R.S.T Banker

Dial 937-695-1400 or 800-987-2566, when F.I.R.S.T. Banker answers choose between the following options:

Operator Press – 0
Complete this call Press - #
Repeat these choices Press - *

If you choose Option 1, F.I.R.S.T. Banker Voice will ask for your account number followed by the # key.

Next you will be asked for your (PIN) Personal Identification Number. Until this number is changed by you, key in the nine digits of the primary account holders social security number.

Next, just follow the voice menu and prompts.

Enter Social Security number followed by # key or press * key to return to main menu.
